Yes. Our refund policy allows you to ask for a refund. Ask for a refund 7 days prior to your reservation or your refund request will not be approved.

How will I find the driver?
Our drivers will wait for you at the Airport lobby or Hotel, or any other accomodation with your name and details of the reservation. We may also ask you for your phone number.
